Did a little shopping, there's an awesome store called Gossip that's SUPER cheap. ALMOST bought a $150 dress just because it looked so comfy but I prevailed and my bank account does not hate me . . . yet. Caroline's college roomie and 3rd bridesmaid, Amy, drove over from Redlands and hung out too! After shopping on State St. we were craving some snacks/drinks. Went to Trader Joe's (obvi) and ended up making our own 5-layer dip which was the most delicious thing I've tasted in awhile. They drank some Corona while I enjoyed some cider, ha. Then we walked over to the zoo for Caroline/Brad's appointment with the zoo wedding coordinators. Yay for free zoo admission!! They showed us the revamped wedding/event area and the brand new bridal suite . . . so gorgeous! The wedding is going to be breathtaking. While Brad and Caroline got down to business Amy and I got to wander around the zoo :D I was super bummed because the African Black-footed cat was hiding and this wild cat is definitely my favorite! Look at it! Looks like a house cat, sounds like a lion. CRAZY!

After hanging at the zoo we grabbed dinner back down on State St. at Something's Fishy, mmmmmmm. Sake bombs and veggie tempura. Then my most awesome roomie from Boston, Miss Rachel "Roxy" Rifkin met up with us for drinks at the two "irish" bars in town. She just got back from living in Thailand for 8 months on Thursday so I was super stoked to see her. A couple red bull vodkas and some Madonna tunes later and we were all exhausted. Sunday was even more chill. Went over to The Habit and had their delicious burgers/shakes. Then went on a walk along the beach to see if I could replace my 7 year old(!!!) Rainbows at this surf shop. Sadly, they didn't have the style I like. They didn't even have my size in some Reefs I wanted *cry*. Oh well. We peaced out to the florist appointment around 3pm and then hit the road back North. I got quite a bit of sun and my slightly pink nose means summer has begun :D
